A Game of Inches

I think I have a new favorite game! On Monday Dad, Asher and I went out to the pond to fish for a few hours. We decided from the beginning that we where going to make a game of it and see who could catch the most inches of fish. The fishing went very well, and by the end of the outing we had caught a collective 155 inches of fish!

It was also a real treat for my brother, being the competitive spirit that he is. It was a great way for him to spend his birthday (even though he only logged 27 of the inches). The final score was: Dad, 77; Me, 55; Asher, 27. So even though Dad blew Asher and me out, it was still a very fun competition.

P.S. I almost forgot! I caught the big fish of the day -- a 13-inch bass!
