I haven't done a whole lot of fishing or anything else outdoorsy for the last couple of weeks but I thought I should write an outdoors blog anyways, so here it is!

| Me, the Boat Stand, and the Rubber Snake |
Last weekend I built the stand that my Jon Boat is sitting on in this picture. Not a huge project but it works well, keeping my boat up off of the ground.

Last weekend we also went to the pond for about an hour. Unfortunately it was quite cold on the pond and the fish really where not biting at all so we cut the trip off a little short.

And last but not least we did go and stop by Lake Russell to take some pictures of me with my instruments. We had planned to bring the boat with us but we figured out that we really cant put the boat on top of either of our vehicles (it is to heavy to get on the roof). But the pictures turned out really well which was the main mission of the trip.
Maybe next time I will have some more interesting stuff to report....I hope so!
