Fishing in the Smoky Mountains can be tough...really tough. After not catching a fish during a whole day of fishing I was starting to wonder if I would even catch a fish. Not that stomping around in a beautiful/cool Smokies stream on a hot day is such a bad thing, but still I don't like being beaten by the fish. But we stopped at a few spots on the stream on the way home and I managed to catch a beautiful wild rainbow trout pictured above...that fish made me very happy!
