During the few years that I have traveled with my dad, there are very few places that I have heard more about than the Louisiana coast. I have heard so many stories about how amazing the fishing is and perhaps even more stories about how good the Cajun food is. So naturally that has been high on my list of places that I would like to visit.
I am sure you know what is coming next... I get to visit Louisiana next week! We are going to be spending three days fishing for redfish and speckled trout. Another really cool aspect of the trip for me is that I have only caught a couple of redfish in my life, and I have never caught a speckled trout.
Hopefully I will have a lot to tell you about next week! I should have something to show as well because I am going to be shooting and producing videos on the trip.
