Dry Run Fun

 

Last week I got to fish Dry Run Creek with some of my friends. I didn't catch any really big trout like I usually do at Dry Run, but I did catch a lot more trout than I usually do at Dry Run. Which made for a really fun day of fishing. Here are some pictures from the trip.

 

 

What we are doing in this picture is sight fishing for trout. You can't see it in this picture, but right below us are dozens of hungry trout that we where enticing with Lindy Watsit Grubs. This is not something that I had ever done before then, but we caught a bunch of fish and it sure was fun!

 

 

I managed to catch my first brown trout of the year!

 

 

This was one of the last times that I will ever get to fish Dry Run Creek. When I turn 16 on May 27th I officially won't be allowed to fish Dry Run anymore. Thankfully we do have one more Arkansas trip planned between now and then!
